splashd Not Redirecting

Hello.

I'm glad I found a mailing list for NoCat, hopefully there are still 
some users here.

I've been trying to get configure nocatsplash for about a month now but, 
can't get it to work on a Etch. It captures the packet but it doesn't' 
redirect to the requested page. Can anyone help me with this please.
