PEGASUS_USE_EXTERNAL_SLP is not documented in BuildAndReleaseOptions.html

PEGASUS_USE_EXTERNAL_SLP and its possible values (openslp or solarislp) are
not documented in BuildAndReleaseOptions.html .
Is this by design or an oversight?

PEGASUS_USE_OPENSLP is cited in BuildAndReleaseOptions.html without
mentioning that it is"deprecated".

Is the flag PEGASUS_ENABLE_SYSTEM_LOG_HANDLER used currently. I could find
no files other than BuildAndReleaseOptions.html  which referred to it.
