Try ./cimcli -n root/cimv2 -u root -p sawt00th -s -l 10.1.18.253:5989 ei
LHN_StorageSettig
If port not provided the default port will be 5988 and since u have given
-s option it will try to open secure port.

Also confirm if pegasus is running on both ports by either check in
cimserver config file or cimconfig -l -c or simply doing netstat -an | grep
598 ("pegasus ports")
