Sounds good to me... not privy to the history you allude to firsthand, but
the proposal itself sounds good.

I’d recommend establishing a code of ethics/ conduct for OpenNIC, rather
than this proposal. I’m sure there are plenty of those on the Net we could
adopt/adapt.
