Re: [opennic-discuss] [PROPOSAL] No troll/attack votes

I understand your concern with "praising" and wish to use it with good intentions, however "praising" including in the example you provide does not belong in a proposal regardless.

While helpful in discussion, comments and opinions do not belong in proposals.
