Jonah and I have proposed this more polite way to overturn the two proposals and force yea/nay on future votes:

Not sure when Jonah will introduce it, but it must be the 7th at least.

I will also be revising the "No troll/attack votes" as "Opinions and allegations in proposals" with two adjustments and examples given in a new discussion thread.
