Hello,

The existence of this motion implies that non-English votes ARE 
currently valid. I do not think that stating that "only English language 
votes shall be accepted" is acceptable, given that this motion is 
operating under the premise that non-English votes are accepted 
throughout OpenNIC. A person proposing a vote must not be allowed to 
alter the rules under which our democracy operates.

Therefore, my vote is HEIN HEIN.
