Hello,

Further to my previous email below and a discussion with Mr Quintiliani, 
I have decided to amend my vote.

Daniel refuses to acknowledge my non-English vote, and while I maintain 
that this is not a valid position for him to hold, I don't think it's 
worth arguing over petty technicalities. There was no problem with the 
language used to cast votes in until one was created, and perhaps we can 
just keep it that way.

Therefore, I am amending my vote to NO.
