That sounds fine, but what does it mean?

From the discussion on this it would seem that
the "language" in this case is not about the spelling
of "yes" or "no", although it may be, but about any
word that may me used, even inadvertently, on the ML.
The discussion on this has not clarified the situation
one little bit. Voting yes to this does not tell me
what you want to vote yes to.

In any case, the vote is done now. I imagine that
some of the people voting yes had a personal idea
of what it is they were voting on and what the
effect of that would be.
