Due to the nature of Namecoin, you can't force certain entries to be added.=
 Namecoin isn't specific to domains, only the ones marked "d/" are subject =
to resolution by ncdns. For example, there's NameID ("/id/name"):

https://namecha.in/name/id/domob

You can even do something goofy like this if you're willing to waste money:

https://namecha.in/name/k/on

Even if you change the Namecoin Core software to refuse to register a "/d" =
without a certain "contact" or "abuse" record added, you can just use diffe=
rent software (such as older versions, a patch, or a fork) to connect to th=
e same network.

And as for the comments on illegal content such as malware and child pornog=
raphy, to my knowledge server owners would be protected by safe harbor laws=
 such as Section 230 and the DMCA in the US, and I doubt they would go to O=
penNIC but instead the operator of the IP which the .bit domain resolves to=
, because the IP with the illegal material is right there in the open for e=
veryone to see.
