Important: Issue with install.pl and 1.1.1

If you are upgrading to 1.1.1, do the following:

vi /opt/OpenNMS/bin/install.pl

Change line 648 to read "tomcat4.conf" instead of "tomcat.conf"

Also, you need to set the JAVA_HOME environment variable to your JAVA_HOME
(usually /usr/java/[SDK]/) and change the tomcat user to "root" from
"tomcat4".

Sorry. Please bear with us as we move to Tomcat 4.1.18+.
