OpenNMS Stable 1.6.1 Released

Tarus is heading off for vacation, so I'm taking up the announce duties.
 Be gentle.  ;)

OpenNMS 1.6.1 is released!

It contains a number of bugfixes and small updates.  For a summary of

Note that this release is configuration-compatible with 1.6.0, with one
caveat.  In the unlikely event that you created
http-datacollection-config.xml entries without a name="" attribute on
the <uri> tags, you will need to add one.  This has always been a good
idea, and people generally have done it, by convention, but it is now
required for the new support for collecting HTTP data when storeByGroup
is enabled.
