The opennms-server debian package includes the jetty app...  It should be enabled by default.

I have a patch which splits the jetty app into it's own package so you can install tomcat or jetty (or neither, if you run the tomcat webapp on a separate server from the main opennms process)...  But I haven't posted it to bugzilla yet (been busy with other things...)

I checked on my webapp server, and /usr/share/opennms/webapps/opennms/WEB-INF/classes/logging.properties doesn't exist on my server either...  I'm not seeing any exceptions, tho...
