NagVis is written in PHP on the server side.  While it's great that  
somebody has done an adaptation of it to work with the OpenNMS  
database, and people are welcome to use it as a third-party adjunct, I  
don't think we would ever make it an official part of OpenNMS, which  
is as close to 100% Java as we can make it.
