The yum provided jrrd rpm does work for me on a Dell Poweredge 1750 running RHEL5-32bit, but doesn't on a RHEL5-32 bit VM on a Dell Poweredge 2950 ESX node. On the VM I built the rpm myself (without changing the source, make files etc). The result is a working rpm on the VM.
