So I'm going to be submitting an application for Google Summer of Code,
and there's a lot of great things we could do, but I'd like to know --
what are things *you're* interested in seeing OpenNMS do?

Things I can think of that would be good to add, and a reasonable
project size for a summer project:

* WBEM monitoring and data collection (this has come up over and over
~ again, lots of people would like to see it happen)
* Better support for distributed systems
~ ie, real support for multiple OpenNMS instances to coordinate
~ configuration, node information, etc. -- especially being able to
~ have multiple systems doing data collection
* UI work
~ "web 2.0", ie with dynamic querying of data, better controls for
~ drilling down into information whenever related stuff is displayed,
~  etc.

I know there's more interesting stuff out there, but that's things
people have talked about in the past that I could think of off the top
of my head.

What are your ideas? What features do you wish OpenNMS had?
