Being able to specify socks proxies on an address-range basis could make
it possible for a single instance to poll otherwise unreachable networks
- and it might be easier to maintain dumb proxies than remote OpenNMS
instances.

KSC pages that display groups of related graphs by repeating a template,
for example, interface bandwidth where the hostname matches a wildcard
and the ip address of the interface is in a specified range. Perhaps
add the ability to set threshold alarms on the same groupings in the
same interface.
Command line tools to match rrdtool for jrb format files - or is there
such a thing already?
