Ah, OK, if you're on windows, the point is the same, but I don't know
the exact location.  :)  On unix, "~" means your home directory, so I
would assume you have a homedir/.m2/ directory, or else maven is somehow
configuration to use another location.

You can't have run maven and *not* had it put things *somewhere* --
wherever that location is (it's easy to tell, it should be filled with
hundreds of jar files in subdirectories), delete it to clear it out, so
you can be sure you're getting the right stuff.
