  NMS-4471: list every reload-capable daemon and align with page conventions !smoke

The page now lists all 22 daemons with a reloadDaemonConfig handler; the
old list mirrored DaemonReloadEnum, which is only the Karaf command's
completion set. Every handler matches daemonName case-insensitively
(verified against a running instance), so the casing caveat is gone and
the About text no longer claims the list is the full universe -
provisioning adapters and correlation engines accept targeted reloads
but are components, not daemons.

Also: legacy menu template gets the missing entry; breadcrumbs use the
menu-provided home URL like the other containers; the table moves into
components/DaemonManagement/DaemonManagementTable.vue with the standard
page-title/card padding; reloads sit behind a confirmation dialog; the
toast seam is used directly; and a failed publish surfaces the server's
validation message.
