  NMS-20126: route Quick Search to the Vue nodes page !smoke

The panel's forms submitted to element/nodeList.htm, which no longer exists
on develop, so every search 404'd. The forms now push the nodes route with
the query keys that page tracks (nodename, iplike, monitoredService,
listInterfaces); a node id goes through that page's nodeId redirect to the
node detail page. The service select sends the service name, since the
nodes page does not resolve a numeric service id.
