There seems to be a problem with Weekly and Monthly scheduled outages Edit Outages screen, the WebUI is incorrectly displaying the Day of week/Day of Month as "null" in the list of times in the Edit Outages screen.

This is only in the Edit outage screen. The Scheduled outages summary screen is displaying the correct info.

I believe it is only a display issue as the poll-outages.xml file appears to be correct:

   <outage name="Test Outage" type="weekly">
      <time day="sunday" begins="03:00:00" ends="04:59:59"/>
      <node id="17"/>
   </outage>
   <outage name="TestM" type="monthly">
      <time day="1" begins="00:00:00" ends="23:59:59"/>
      <node id="21"/>
   </outage>

I've created Issue NMS-9646 for this issue as I couldn't find an existing one.
