Resource graphs missing

Hey everyone, I'm going crazy trying to track this down, I figured I might as well just ask because it's probably obvious to someone!

I had a problem in my OpenNMS 15.0.2 instance where the resource graphs wouldn't show up at all. In some browsers I got the "broken image link" placeholder (graph.png). In the web.log and jetty log I would get (long) stack traces that seem to be rooted at "JRobin: exception occurred creating graph java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException".

Since I was upgrading soon to a new instance, I didn't bother looking into why it stopped working suddenly.

Now I'm sitting here on my freshly-installed OpenNMS 21.0.0 (no old data or configs) and I've got the exact same problem! Bunches of "ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException" whenever I go to any graph page, aggregate or individual.

NRT Graphing does work, and the *.jrb files are being updated every polling interval.

I *suspect* that there was some Red Hat update/errata that is responsible - that's the only explanation I could come up with for why the old instance has the same problem.

I can provide full stack traces if more info is needed, but I kind of hoped someone would just look at the symptoms and go, "oh yeah, you need to downgrade this package" or "set this flag" or something. Or even point me towards more troubleshooting steps :)

Any suggestions would be most appreciated! Thanks!
