Dashboard / Ops Board / SNMP MIB Compiler breaks

I did do a search on the board, wiki and other places on the net but couldn't
find the answer to my problem.  I am new to Opennms and felt very brave to
attempt to get this beast installed on configured on my own after viewing
the Opennms 101 tutorial.  After the installation dashboard, ops board and
Mib compiler work fine.  After I added couple of nodes to Opennms I noticed
that those pages stopped displaying properly.  Almost seems like CSS is
breaking but i think i am wrong.  Is there a certain component that is
common is all 3 of these pages?  I have attached images of the pages and how
they display in my browser, any help would be appreciated.
