Create Availability Report within Working Hours

I have defined some applications in OpenNMS and I want to generate availability
reports <https://wiki.opennms.org/wiki/AvailabilityReports> for it, but
some of this applications are used only from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. This
apps should be available 99.99% of the time, but within the time frame.

How can I create/modify the default report to query only working hours?
