Http post issue

I'm new to openNMS and am running the Windows version 22.0.1. I'm trying to
do an http post to an external server when an alarm is detected in openNMS.
I'm trying to http post to an axis io module to pulse an input when an SNMP
trap for power failure on a server triggers an alarm.
