Manage Monitoring Locations broken in 22.01

I installed a new install on Centos minimal 7 with a central server and
remote Minions.
If you try to change the location of any device, the web interface does not
give you an option to submit your input. 
This applies to adding asset information for long/lat too.

I am using Mac and have tried Firefox,Safari and Chrome. All the same issue.
I find it hard to believe this is a common problem so it must have something
to do with my local install.
Searching does not show any other people reporting the same issue either.
