Email notifications have ceased

Hello,

Email notifications have stopped unexpectedly on instances of OpenNMS where until 10 days back were correctly notifying.  Am seeing these when I try intentionally using an incorrect password to be notified about the failed attempt:

Hard to see any error in email DEBUG I’ve found.  Note that no errors in the hosts email system itself and can email from the root command line using 127.0.0.1 to port 25. Just ONMS not sending.
