Could you open a bug?

We'll need to find time to set up VMs to build the debs on different
platforms, and I haven't found that time.  It's easy to lose such
reports in the stream of consciousness of the mailing list.

That said, technically opennms should work without native iplike for
your 8.4 instance, it will just be a bit slower.  If you have an actual
problem with initializing/starting opennms then that would probably be
another bug...
