I'd do 3 raid1 mirrors, probably mounting one as /var and one as /opt.
The postgresql db will naturally land on /var and you can twiddle the
symlinks that the rpm install will add for /opt/opennms/log and
/opt/openms/share to conrol where the rest goes.
With software raid I'd also do 3 on the system drive (/boot, /, and
swap) but if you have hardware support you can just mirror the whole disks.
