jicmp not found

  Installing on CentOS 5.4 Final.

I was having trouble upgrading my testing opennms server to 1.8 stable.
To many new etc .xml files that needed to be updated, so I thought it
would be easier to start from scratch.
I "think" I was on 1.6....

Anyway I decided to do a yum erase of everything, moved /opt/opennms to
/opt/opennms_OLD
Yum installed again....

Now when I try to use the install script I get:

So I check the .so file...
