HI,
This is exactly the problem. We were using a schema. When I turned on more logging in the DB, it shows that it is always checking for the databasechangeloglock table in the public schema before trying to create, but then is of course creating in the schema associated with the user, so it would keep trying to re-create that same table and fail.
So, the install just doesn't work correctly if using schemas. I'm switching to using only the public schema and having a dedicated DB for now to get around the issue. If there is some way to configure it to check a different schema, please let me know - thanks!
