config twitter on opennms

 Hello! 
 Im trying to configure twitter &#111n my testing opennms, and every time i get the line: 
 &gt&gt MicroblogNotificationStrategy: Microblog notification failed 
 OR 
 &gt&gt MicroblogReplyNotificationStrategy: Microblog notification failed 
 OR 
 &gt&gt MicroblogDMNotificationStrategy: Microblog notification failed 
 
 What can i do? 
 i think that i configured the microblog-configuration.xml as i need to do. 
 the file is: 
 &ltmicroblog-configuration default-microblog-profile-name=&quottwitter&quot&gt
 &ltmicroblog-profile
 name=&quotidentica&quot
 service-url=&quothttps://identi.ca/api/&quot
