OK, but the way it's presented does not suggest this is what I need to 
do.  If there was a message that said run the following to update the 
schema I would have been OK with that.  The message says that opennms is 
not configured when in fact it is configured.  I guess it's just that I 
expect things to just work after an update, not to get a unexpected 
surprise.
