SNMP V3 trap config?

I've got OpenNMS up and running. It's polling statistics successfully 
for a couple of Cisco routers via SNMP version 3.

I'd like to send informs or traps to the NMS with V3 also, but I haven't 
been able to figure out what else if anything, I may have to configure 
on OpenNMS to accomplish this. I seem to keep looping through the same docs.

My goal here is to have OpenNMS store most of the informs and send an 
email notification for a select few, and to eliminate SNMP v1 and V2c 
from the network.

If anybody is doing this, or can point me to docs specific to traps with 
v3, I'd appreciate a response.
