Install on ubuntu 12.04 issue's

Hi All, Really need your help; I have searched through the forum's and have not been able to find a problem as I am experiencing. I have freshly installed Ubuntu 12.04 and Installed OpenNMS 1.12.1-1, I have also disable now the apparmor just in case this is causing any problem There was no problem with the installation except that openNMS complained about the jave version (5) that had been loaded; so I corrected this with the latest Java 7. All of opennms is running. OpenNMS.Eventd : running OpenNMS.Trapd : running OpenNMS.Queued : running OpenNMS.Actiond : running OpenNMS.Notifd : running OpenNMS.Scriptd : running OpenNMS.Rtcd : running OpenNMS.Pollerd : running OpenNMS.PollerBackEnd : running OpenNMS.Ticketer : running OpenNMS.Collectd : running OpenNMS.Discovery : running OpenNMS.Vacuumd : running OpenNMS.EventTranslator : running OpenNMS.PassiveStatusd : running OpenNMS.Statsd : running OpenNMS.Provisioned : running OpenNMS.Reportd : running OpenNMS.Alarmd : running OpenNMS.Ackd : running OpenNMS.JettyServer : running Opennms is running The issue being experienced is that when I tried opening the webpage http://127.0.0.1:8980/opennms/ I get a blank page, no errors being reported. Need your help please.
