Issues Installing opennms on rhel7

Hello,

I'm having an issue starting up Opennms on Rhel7.
After the installation whenever I try attempting to access the web console I get a
Problem accessing /opennms/. Reason:
                SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE

Looking at the log files I get


2015-06-09 16:40:22,329 INFO  [Main] o.s.b.f.x.XmlBeanDefinitionReader: Loading XML bean definitions from ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/applicationContext-common.xml]

2015-06-09 16:42:29,786 ERROR [Main] o.s.w.c.ContextLoader: Context initialization failed

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanDefinitionStoreException: IOException parsing XML document from ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/applicationContext-common.xml]; nested exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out
