OpenNMS upgrade ver 14 to 16

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to upgrade my current OpenNMS version 14, to the last stable
one, 16, and I'm looking for some tutorial to not lose all the
configurations I already made.
Are you aware of anything that could be useful to me, or do you have some
suggestions for the upgrade process?

I saw the upgrdae tutorials for the older version but I don't think I can
use them as reference.
