Centos 7 postgreSQL 9.6 issues

Hi, so I got openNMS up and working just fine by following Tarus'
installation video. However, I am now trying to install and run NetBox,
which requires postgreSQL 9.4 or higher. I think when I installed openNMS
it went with postgreSQL 9.2 or 9.3, so when I install postgreSQL 9.6 (as
per NetBox installation instructions), it works for NetBox but it makes it
so that I can't open the openNMS GUI. The installation guide says it's been
tested and works for postgreSQL 9.1 up to 9.6, so not sure why it doesn't
work.

openNMS GUI works when I do:

systemctl start postgresql
systemctl enable postgresql

But NetBox only runs when I do:

systemctl start postgresql-9.6
systemctl enable postgresql-9.6

And I can't run both at the same time.  Does anyone know how to get the GUI
working with postgreSQL 9.6?
