Disconnecting a specified client from the server

Hello,
With the help of the "openvpn-status.log" file, I can see which client is connected to the server. I want to disconnect one of the clients. I know I have to use the OpenVPN Management Interface. Should "--management IP port" be added in the server configuration file? What should be the value of IP and Port?
