Re: User connects to VPN, but no network access

I don't have any direct experience of this problem, but from memory of
other people's problems I can suggest four things:

1.  check the kernel logs in case there are messages from the MPPE
kernel module,

2.  enable pppd debug logging, which will give you more detail on how
the connection was negotiated,

3.  compare the configuration screens between a working and non-working
client,

4.  check for a later kernel, since there are occasional fixes to the
MPPE or ppp kernel modules.
