I don't see DNS translation stuff in that tcpdump. I see lots of UDP
and TCP to high port numbers (around 55000) being rejected.

Using -n arg -nn args to tcpdump is still a good idea, but won't help
solve the problem.

I'd concentrate on GRE transport, and especially the bad checksum.
Google for 'GRE Bad checksum' for hints at what to look for.
