This question doesn't really make sense. pptp connections are
point-to-point IP networking connections. They are basically machine to
machine networking connections. Their use is not restricted to a particular
user. So if you have a multiuser system running as a client, one user on
that system can't create a VPN connection which isn't usable by other users
on the same client system (or at least, not without some very fancy
iptables firewalling).
