In other words, somehow force the client to execute instructions
supplied by the server.  ;-)

It isn't part of the RFC 2637 for PPTP.

But there appear to be prepared methods for this feature, which you
can find in the Microsoft documentation:

Mentioned are DHCP scope option 249, which you may be able to simulate
by configuring a DHCP server on your PPTP server host.

Googling "pptp dhcp option 249" reveals corresponding discussion about
this technique, and option 121.
