Do we have support for processing of packet in kernel

Hi All,

          I am new to poptop. I am seeing performance issue with poptop
server. Following is my setup.

PC1(pptp client)-----------------------------(poptop
server)PC2-------------------------PC3

When I send huge data from PC1 to PC3 I am seeing performance issue. During
diagnosis I found pptpd is taking whole CPU. I think all the packets are
being processed in the user space.  Same is the case when traffic is from
PC3 to PC1.

      I am using "pptpd-1.3.4.tar.gz" version. Do we have any configuration
option to offload packet processing to the kernel. Or is there any patch
available to do it.

      Any input is very helpful.
