[Proftpd-user] UID/GID and permission denied

I’m using the AuthUserFile and AuthGroupFile to maintain my own list of users/groups. So the vhost has this config: AuthOrder mod_auth_file.c AuthUserFile /etc/proftpd/ftpd.passwd AuthGroupFile /etc/proftpd/ftpd.group I log in with a user whose UID is added to every other group in ftpd.group. … and I get permission denied on almost all of them except 3 accounts. Those 3 accounts don’t seem to be any different. The data itself resides on an NFS volume.
