Found some links on the web for YUM install, but these are aimed at Centos
not Redhat Linux.

Key is that I need to install EPEL first, and Redhat cannot find that
either.

 yum -y install epel-release
Loaded plugins: langpacks, product-id, search-disabled-repos,
subscription-manager
No package epel-release available.
Error: Nothing to do
[root@ftp00 ~]# rpm -iUvh

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found

[root@ftp00 ~]# yum install proftpd proftpd-utils
Loaded plugins: langpacks, product-id, search-disabled-repos,

No package proftpd-utils available.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
