Why don't you just try for yourself? I can't do your work for you. If you are looking to have web interface for proftpd, then you will need to read the documents on how to set that up. I would encourage you to move away from plain ftp and to at least sftp if possible. This would require you to have a seperate SSH management interface on your FTP server, since proftpd would be listening on both ports 22 (sftp/ssh) and 21 (ftp). You also don't provide *any* details of what you are trying to do, which makes it even harder to help.
