It might be that the mod_vroot requires you to have a copy of the
quota file inside the vroot areas?
How are you configuring the sql module? Are you using a TCP/IP
connection (like localhost:3328) to connect from your VROOT, or are
you trying to use a linux socket? You probably need to use TCP/IP
connection to your sql server from each mod_vroot setup.
