I have been getting quite a few reports from users that uploads are timing out. Some of the error messages they have reported are: Netout: connection reset by peer Connection closed by remote host Unfortunately, getting detailed information from our users is like pulling teeth. The MaxIdletime is set to 15 min. but this should not affect users who are in the process of uploading should it? I would not think that a connection would be considered idle during an upload. This does not seem to be affecting all users because I have seen some users who were able to upload files successfully in the 3-4 GB range. This does seem to be affecting users who are using a wide array of ftp clients. I have reports of this problem occurring with FileZilla, IE, WISE, SimpleFTP. Right now I am going to try and raid the maxIdleTime to 240 minutes and see if that helps but I really doubt it will. Does anyone have any ideas?
