SeamlessRDP License History

Hi,

I'm thinking of distributing SeamlessRDP and trying to get a clear
picture of its license history.

It is clear all Cendio's code is under the GPL[1], but I can't find any
information about the license for the TSWindowClipper[2] source[3]
SeamlessRDP was based[4] on. TSWindowClipper itself is based on a few
other sources, all of which have clear licenses except for Eduardo
Velasquez's Tokenizer code which, though used in several projects around
the net, also has no license info.

Does anyone know about the license for these particular bits?

Was there any communication with Martin or Eduardo that Google just
isn't turning up for me?

Thanks,

-Nathan

(Note SourceForge's viewvc is broken at this moment.)
